The first step in the foster care or adoption process is to choose an agency. This map is a searchable directory of agencies providing services to prospective foster or adoptive parents in Ohio.

Search by your location and click on the map pin or name of the provider in the results list to learn more about the agency and obtain contact information. Once you've done your research and selected an agency, please visit our Inquiry Form to start the process. That information will be sent directly to the agency and you will receive a response within seven business days.

Please note that some agencies complete homestudies statewide and have regional offices that may not be listed in the search.
