Clark County Family and Children Services (FCS) Division is one part of Clark County Department of Job and Family Services which also offers Benefits, Child Support and OhioMeansJobs. The Family and Children Services division provides Child Protection, Elder Protection, Child Care licensing, Child Advocacy, Foster Care and Adoption services. The mission of the division is the protection of children and families, and to promote stability and permanency for all children and elder adults. The FCS division prides itself on utilizing new initiatives to best assist children and families and promoting kinship supports and placements to keep children connected with his/her family.
